COVID-19 Refund Information
Please note this form is not to request additional aid or funding. This form is to request a refund of the Housing COVID-19 Credit posted to your student account. You MUST have a credit balance (money owed to you) on your student account from "Housing COVID-19".
Please complete the below COVID-19 Refund Request Form only if you are seeking a direct deposit or paper check refund due to the following reasons:
- You are a graduating senior or
- You have extenuating circumstances that require you to receive the funds as a refund instead of a credit toward future charges.
This form is not required to receive the Housing Credit COVID-19 posted to your student account. The credit will reflect on your student account.
