| April 17 | Fall 2023 registration begins |
| July 24 | First Tuition & Fee Charges Tuition and fee charges start to appear on student accounts. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS. |
| July 24 - August 19 | 4 Payment Plan Enrollment Enrollment in the 4 Payment Plan during these dates. Click on Payment Procedures and Deadlines for more details about Payment Plans. |
| July 24 - September 7 | 3 Payment Plan Enrollment Enrollment in the 3 Payment Plan during these dates. Click on Payment Procedures and Deadlines for more details about Payment Plans. |
| August 11 | First Financial Aid Disbursement Students who applied for financial aid though UCCS will start receiving aid on the student account. Disbursements may be delayed based on application date and application processing time. Direct deposit refunds for excess aid will process within 72 hours. |
| August 13 | First Student Bills E-bills are uploaded for students who register before this day (due September 7). Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS. |
| August 16 | Short Term Loans Available During the Fall semester, short term loans are available 5 calendar days before classes begin. For interim classes, book loans are available the day the class starts. To request a short-term loan, UCCS students can log into the myUCCS Portal to access the form found under the Student Financials tab. |
| August 20 | Payment Plan Auto-Deduction The 4 Payment Plan Auto-Deduction #1 will process by end of the day. |
| August 21 | Classes Begin Faculty and Staff using waivers may now register for those classes. |
| September 7 | Census Last day to add classes. Last day to drop classes or withdraw for 100% refund. NOTE: Full-term classes only. Short-term classes have different deadlines. |
| September 7 | Due Date BEFORE 5pm, students who enroll on or before this day must pay their balance in-full or enroll in a deferred payment plan; otherwise, late fines may be applied. Click on Payment Procedures and Deadlines to read about the deferred payment plan option. |
| September 7 | Late Enrollment (by special permission from UCCS Records) AFTER 5pm, students who have special permission to enroll after this date must first come to the Cashier window in Main Hall to make payment arrangements before adding any classes. |
| September 7 | Late Fines AFTER 5pm, late fines will be applied to past due balances. |
| September 7 | 3rd Party Billing Authorization - Sponsor Billing Request Last day to submit Sponsor Billing Request in the myUCCS portal to avoid late fines and service charges. |
| September 8 | Student Bills E-bills will be uploaded for students on a deferred payment plan or with a past due balance. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS. |
| September 20 | Payment Plan Auto-Deduction The 4 Payment Plan Auto-Deduction #2 will process by end of the day. The 3 Payment Plan Auto-Deduction #1 will process by end of the day. |
| October 7 | Last day to charge books and supplies paid for by third party agencies. |
| October 7 | Late Fines AFTER 5pm, late fines will be applied to past due balances. |
| October 8 | Student Bills E-bills will be uploaded for students on a deferred payment plan or with a past due balance. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS. |
| October 20 | Payment Plan Auto-Deduction The 4 Payment Plan Auto-Deduction #3 will process by end of the day. The 3 Payment Plan Auto-Deduction #2 will process by end of the day. |

| November 21 | Short-term loans due in full. |
| December 7 | Late Fines AFTER 5pm, late fines will be applied to past due balances. |
| December 8 | Last day for Colorado students to apply for and authorize College Opportunity Fund (COF) to help pay tuition. Visit the COF website for application and authorization details. |
| December 8 | Student Bills E-bills will be uploaded for students with past due balances. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS. |
| December 16 | Fall semester ends. |
