| April 4 | Summer 2022 registration begins |
| May 15 | First Tuition & Fee Charges Tuition and fee charges start to appear on student accounts. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS. |
| May 16 - June 19 |
2 Payment Plan Enrollment Enrollment in the 2 Payment Plan during these dates. Click on Payment Procedures and Deadlines for more details about Payment Plans. |
| June 3 | First Financial Aid Disbursement Students who applied for financial aid though UCCS will start receiving aid on their student account. Disbursements may be delayed based on application date and application processing time. Direct deposit refunds for excess aid are processed within 72 hours. |
| June 6 | First Student Bills E-bills are uploaded for students who register before this day (due June 20). Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS. |
| June 8 | Short Term Loans Available During the Summer semester, short term loans are available 5 calendar days before classes begin. For interim classes, book loans are available the day the class starts. To request a short-term loan, UCCS students can log into the myUCCS Portal to access the form found under the Student Financials tab. |
| June 13 | Classes Begin Faculty and Staff using waivers may now register for those classes. |
| June 20 | Payment Plan Auto-Deduction The 2 Payment Plan Auto-Deduction #1 will process by end of the day. |
| June 20 | Census Last day to add classes. Last day to drop classes or withdraw for 100% refund. NOTE: Full-term classes only. Short-term classes have different deadlines. |
| June 20 | Due Date BEFORE 5pm, students who enroll on or before this day must pay their balance in-full or enroll in a deferred payment plan; otherwise, late fines may be applied. Click on Payment Policies to read about the deferred payment plan option. |
| June 20 | Late Enrollment (by special permission from UCCS Records) AFTER 5pm, students who have special permission to enroll after this date must first come to the Cashier window in Main Hall to make payment arrangements before adding any classes. |
| June 20 | Late Fines AFTER 5pm, late fines will be applied to past due balances. |
| June 21 | Student Bills E-bills will be uploaded for students on a deferred payment plan or with a past due balance. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS. |
| July 20 | Short-term loans due in full. |
| July 20 | Payment Plan Auto-Deduction The 2 Payment Plan Auto-Deduction #2 will process by end of the day. |
| July 20 | Late Fines AFTER 5pm, late fines will be applied to past due balances. |
| July 21 | Student Bills E-bills will be uploaded for students on a deferred payment plan or with a past due balance. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS. |
| July 30 | Last day for Colorado students to apply for and authorize College Opportunity Fund (COF) to help pay tuition. Visit the COF website for application and authorization details. |
| August 5 | Summer semester ends. |
