Matriculation fees are one-time only for all students. The Textbook Affordability and Access Program (TAAP) charge is an optional program that all students are automatically enrolled in, with the opportunity to opt-out on or before census date (June 23, 2026 ). All other fees are assessed each semester, are mandatory, and apply to undergraduates (except those in the online completion program).
