| January 4 | First Tuition & Fee Charges Tuition and fee charges start to appear on student accounts. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS. |

| January 4 - February 3 | 3 Payment Plan Enrollment Enrollment in the 3 Payment Plan during these dates. Click on Payment Procedures and Deadlines for more details about Payment Plans. |
| January 11 | First Financial Aid Disbursement Students who applied for financial aid though UCCS will start receiving aid on the student account. Disbursements may be delayed based on application date and application processing time. Direct deposit refunds for excess aid will process within 72 hours. |
| January 14 | First Student Bills E-bills are uploaded for students who register before this day (due February 4). Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS. |
| January 19 | Classes Begin Faculty and Staff using waivers may now register for those classes. |
| January 20 | Payment Plan Auto-Deduction The 4 Payment Plan Auto-Deduction #1 will process by end of the day. |
| February 3 | Census Last day to add classes. Last day to drop classes or withdraw for 100% refund. NOTE: Full-term classes only. Short-term classes have different deadlines. |
| February 3 | Due Date BEFORE 5pm, students who enroll on or before this day must pay their balance in-full or enroll in a deferred payment plan; otherwise, late fines may be applied. Click on Payment Procedures and Deadlines to read about the deferred payment plan option. |
| February 3 | Late Enrollment (by special permission from UCCS Records) AFTER 5pm, students who have special permission to enroll after this date must first come to the Cashier window in Main Hall to make payment arrangements before adding any classes. |
| February 3 | Late Fines AFTER 5pm, late fines will be applied to past due balances. |
| February 3 | 3rd Party Sponsor Billing Request Last day to turn in 3rd Party Sponsor Billing Request to avoid late fines and service charges. |
| February 4 | Short-Term Loan availability Students demonstrating financial need can now request short-term loans. Students can access the form found under the Student Financials tab of their myUCCS portal at myUCCS. |
| February 4 | Student Bills E-bills will be uploaded for students on a deferred payment plan or with a past due balance. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS. |
| February 22 | Payment Plan Auto-Deduction The 4 Payment Plan Auto-Deduction #2 will process by end of the day. The 3 Payment Plan Auto-Deduction #1 will process by end of the day. |
| March 1 | Last day to charge books and supplies paid for by third party agencies. |
| March 3 | Late Fines AFTER 5pm, late fines will be applied to past due balances. |
| March 4 | Student Bills E-bills will be uploaded for students on a deferred payment plan or with a past due balance. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS. |

| May 6 | Last day for Colorado students to apply for and authorize College Opportunity Fund (COF) to help pay tuition. Visit the COF website for application and authorization details. |
| May 15 | Late semester Short-term loans due in full. |
| May 15 | Spring semester ends. |
