March 30Summer 2026 registration begins
May 18First Tuition & Fee Charges 
Tuition and fee charges start to appear on student accounts. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS.
May 18 - 
June 19		2 Payment Plan Enrollment 
Enrollment in the 2 Payment Plan during these dates. Click on Payment Procedures and Deadlines for more details about Payment Plans.
June 5First Financial Aid Disbursement 
Students who applied for financial aid though UCCS will start receiving aid on their student account. Disbursements may be delayed based on application date and application processing time. Direct deposit refunds for excess aid are processed within 72 hours.
June 8First Student Bills 
E-bills are uploaded for students who register before this day (due June 23). Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS.
June 10Short-Term Loan Availability 
Students demonstrating financial need can now request short-term loans. Students can access the form found under the Student Financials tab of their myUCCS portal at myUCCS.
June 15Classes Begin 
Faculty and Staff using waivers may now register for those classes.
June 23Census 
Last day to add classes. Last day to drop classes or withdraw for 100% refund. NOTE: Full-term classes only.  Short-term classes have different deadlines.
June 23Due Date 
BEFORE 5pm, students who enroll on or before this day must pay their balance in-full or enroll in a deferred payment plan; otherwise, late fines may be applied. Click on Payment Policies to read about the deferred payment plan option.
June 23Late Enrollment (by special permission from UCCS Records) 
AFTER 5pm, students who have special permission to enroll after this date must first come to the Cashier window in Main Hall to make payment arrangements before adding any classes.
June 23Late Fines 
AFTER 5pm, late fines will be applied to past due balances.
June 24Student Bills

June 22Payment Plan Auto-Deduction 
The 2 Payment Plan Auto-Deduction #1 will process by end of the day.
July 23Due Date

The 2 Payment Plan Auto-Deduction #2 will process by end of the day.

July 29Late Semester Short-term loans available.
August 1Last day for Colorado students to apply for and authorize College Opportunity Fund (COF) to help pay tuition. Visit the COF website for application and authorization details.
August 8Late Semester Short-Term loans due in full.
August 8Summer semester ends.
